Product: HP ENVY Photo 7864 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

I have an HP Envy Photo 7864 Printer. It’s been printing beautifully for a year now with my iphone 12.  Today the printer began updating its software automatically and once it was finished it showed that I had an iphone 8.  The printer is a used refurbished printer so maybe it recalls the previous owners phone?  It won’t print anything from my iphone 12 now and I can’t change the phone setting in the printer.  Please help!
