I've just moved into university halls with 802.1XWPA2 (Enterprise) protocol wifi only. When I try to connect to it, my printer says "Connection Problem: unable to connect to network. This network uses a type of authentication or encryption that is not supported." I've bought a third-party USB lead, which allows me to print, but my HP Utility software doesn't recognise the printer when connected, and my printer continues to threaten that "Printing will soon be blocked". Can anyone think of a connection solution that would allow me to continue on the instant ink programme?
PS: if this is the wrong board to post this on, please let me know. Thanks!
