Hi @zedzulkifli,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to connect your HP Color Laser 150nw to Wi-Fi, you'll need the Wi-Fi network password (also known as the Wi-Fi key or WPA/WPA2 password) for your home or office network. This password is set in your router and is not specific to the printer but is used to connect any device to your network.

Here's how you can find or reset your Wi-Fi password:

Check Your Router:

  • Router Label: Many routers have a label on the bottom or side that displays the default Wi-Fi password. Look for a sticker that might say "Wireless Key," "WPA Key," or "WPA2 Key."
  • Router Admin Page: You can also access your router’s settings through a web browser by entering the router’s IP address (often something like 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1). You'll need to log in with the admin credentials (often found on the router label or in the router’s manual). Once logged in, you can find the Wi-Fi password under the wireless settings section.

Check Your Computer or Device:

  • If you’re connected to the Wi-Fi network on a computer or mobile device, you might be able to view the saved password. On macOS, you can find it in the Keychain Access app. Here’s how:
    1. Open Keychain Access (found in Applications > Utilities).
    2. Search for your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) in the search bar.
    3. Double-click the network name and check the box next to Show password.
    4. Enter your Mac’s administrator password to reveal the Wi-Fi password.

Contact Your ISP:

  • If you’re unable to find the password, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) can provide it or help you reset it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
