My printer will copy and print a test page but when I try and print from phone or IPad it says its contacting printer and then just shoots out a blank page. I have checked ink, changed ink, reset, unplugged, checked that I have the latest update and use HP ink cartridges. What else can I try?

Have you tried with alternate ink cartridges and checked if the issue persists?
Check the estimated ink levels. Replace any low or empty ink cartridges.
If the ink cartridge nozzles are badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page, and then evaluate the results.
Load plain paper into the input tray.
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Check the print quality.

I have done all of the suggestions and it sill will not air print. The test page and copies are fine, only when I air print is there a problem. It says connecting to printer but just puts out a blank page, any other suggestions?
