I am trying to use wireless printing with my ENVY 4500 printer and the troubleshooter shows nothing wrong, but I can't print anything.

Hello, @WTR97 – Hope you are well 🙂
Thanks for engaging in the HP Forums! I see by your post that you are experiencing printing issues. I will certainly do my best to help you!
To assist you with this issue, I need to know whether the printer can make a proper "Photocopy" or not. Place a document face down on the scanner glass and press the copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.
If the copy comes out well, then try the steps below to fix the issue:
- First, unplug the USB cable from the printer if present.
- Go to Control Panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Envy printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control Panel – Devices and Printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" (There is a space between .exe & /) and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to the Run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
- Restart your computer.
- Now, click http://hp.care/2rpBprB to download and install the software.
- Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
Let me know how that goes!
Cheers 🙂

The copying function worked fine.
I got as far as Drivers in Print Server Properties and got this message when I tried to delete:
"Unable to remove HP ENVY 4500 series, x64, type 3 - User Mode driver. The specified printer driver is currently in use."
