My Envy 4520 print will not print from PC

I have Window 10 64bit .. I can print from my Iphone and my Anfroid Pad but not from my Printer.

I could print from my computer before.

I can scan to computer but can not print from computer ... Error Message : Printer Offline (Network Printer).

My Printer is WIFI and setup correctly as I can print from other devices wirelessly and can scan to computer.
I'm baffled.

Please help.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Firstly, please download an run the following tool:

      http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).

I have run HP Print and Scan Doctor, I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I can scan from my laptop and I can print from my tablet. I get "printer error" when I print from my laptop. HELP!!!

I have similar question, have Mint 18.3 OS My envy 4520 quit printing although the scanner still works from this PC. I can still print from another PC on my network that also has Mint 18.3 OS.  I deleted the printer from the first PC but when I attempt to add it back it does not recognize the 4520 printer.  Please help
