Product: HP Envy 5055

It said it was offline so I  turned it on, unplugged from the printer, unplugged from the wall, waited 60 seconds. I also opened printer settings and unchecked print offline. Also tried checking print offline.  I have spent probably 7 hours trying to figure this out. I have never gotten anything to print other than an alignment page and it was new in a box when bought. Any help to resolve this so I can try to like this printer?
