I have a Mac - bought the HP 2624 2 weeks ago.
Printed about 5 pages.
Each time I have to go on to the printer's network to print anything.
Now it won't print.
A file w lightining bolt icon is flashing - unfortunately that's the only icon that is NOT pictured in the online manual/trouble shooting.
I don't really want to spend hours trying to print out my f'in bank statement. I could just go to the f'in library.
But I just bought this **bleep** thing and they just sent me more ink and now I have to spend time trooubel shooting?!?!?!? Are you F'IN kidding me.
You can see I AM NOT HAPPY>
I just want to print a page of paper to pay my f'in bill.
**bleep**.

Oh, and I plugged in the USB cord and it doesn't recognize the printer that way either.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
I'm GOING TO THROW THIS F'IN THING OUT THE WINDOW VERY SOON.
What is the file with the lightning bolt on it and Why is that NOT IN THE TROUBLESHOOTING??????????????????????????????

I'm replying to myself because I have gotten no reply from support.
I think that the issue I have reached my page printing limit.
AGAIN, ARE YOU F'IN kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I cannot beleive I bought and paid for this piece of **bleep**e.
I have INK but I have to pay $1.25 to print another page?!? It's cheaper at the library! OMG.

Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I see from your post you have a concern with the printer not printing and issues with your HP Instant ink program. Don't worry we're here to help you.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you recently made nay changes on the printer before the issue started?
Did it happen after replacing the ink cartridges or while using the existing ink cartridges?
Are you able to make a copy from the printer?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
Perform a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Remove USB cable, if present.
Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
As this is also an issue with your HP Instant ink program. I would need to know few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,
Regards,
