I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Any error when you try to connect?

Which OS on PC, is it Windows or Mac?

What's the make and model of your wireless router?

It looks like you were interacting with @senan6806, but he is out for the day. I'm KrazyToad & I'm at your service. 

 

Do you have other devices connected to your WiFi?

 

I suggest you Reset the Network Settings back to Defaults

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).

2. Touch (Settings.

3. Touch Wireless Settings

4. Restore Factory settings on similar option.

5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

 

Restart the printer and configure the wireless settings

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).

2. Touch Settings.

3. Touch Wireless Settings.

4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.

5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
