Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

This question was asked in 2018 and 2019 but I haven't been able to find an answer.  Someone said to go to the Effects tab, but like the person who first asked I also cannot find the Effects tab.  When trying to print a letter or scan from my iphone or ipad it clearly states it should be on A4.  A4 page is used but the text is reduced to the size of A5.  It's hardly readable and looks awful.  I've been in setup and it states A4 but just doesn't print as A4.  I've spoken to the helpdesk but no help at all.  I can print A4 from my laptop. which is HP but not when I print from apple devices.  My old brother printer used to work well and print as it should but not my new HP printer which I fear will be returned shortly.  ANY help would be appreciated
