But my biz partner was able to print from her computer. How did I get my computer to recognize it as online???????

Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that your Officejet 6700 printer is showing offline but others are able to print to it.

 

I have included a trouble shooting document with detailed steps to follow to resolve the issue.
