No problem, except that I have 2 neighbours who manage to connect to my printer to print their documents. Potentially, I could be seeing sensitive or personal data.
Can I block my neighbours?

Certainly you can block the neighbors from using your network - including your printer. In fact, it is strongly recommended that you do secure your network against incursion. Not having to see information you may not be able to "un-know" is an added benefit, of course.
