Hi,
Please restore the wireless settings of the printer as following:
- Make sure the printer is turned on.
- Press the Wireless button
and the Cancel button
at the same time, and then hold them for 3 seconds till the power light blinks.
- The wireless light next to the wireless button should blink. Repeat these steps if the wireless light does not blink.
- Power off the printer and turn it back on and ensure the wifi light blinks, else press the WiFi button and it should start blinking.
Now open the HP Smart app, click the Plus sign, click Add Printer and select Set Up and Add a New Printer, then follow the steps on screen to connect your printer to your home router.
Regards,
Shlomi
