Product: HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP desk jet 3752. I've had it for over a year with the same phone, same wireless network.. but now all of the sudden, when in the hp app, when I go to print something it says it can't find the printer. This does happen a lot if I tried to directly print a document off my phone (via share button) but if I'd save it to a pdf, I could then go into the app and print fine. That is no longer working. I'm not sure what the problem is as nothing I'm aware of has changed with my phone or wireless internet provider. My wireless internet is on and working, I've checked the connection on the printer and it says it's on the right network and the signal is strong, my phone is connected to the same wireless network as the printer and my phone also has good service to the wireless network. Please help. It just keeps saying it can't locate the printer. I also have 2 different hp apps and have tried both, they say the same problem. I have the hp smart app and the hp plug app. I've tried unplugging the printer for 30 seconds and restarting it also. TIA -Lauren
