@jackak,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

  • What is the Wireless light status on the printer? Is it solid or flashing?
  • Did you recently make any changes to the network like changing passwords, configurations etc. ?
  • The network that you have is that a 2.4GHz network or a 5GHz network?
  • Do you get any error when you try to connect the printer?

Let's try these steps:

Step 1: Restart the Wireless Router and the Printer

  • Turn off the WiFi Router, wait for 60 seconds, turn it back on.
  • Turn off the Printer, wait for 60 seconds, turn it back on.
  • Check if the printer connects back to the wifi network.
    • If it connects, try to print a document and check if it works.
    • If it does not connect, try connecting the printer to the wireless network again.
      • From the main menu on the printer, slide the screen from right to left to access the Set-Up menu.
      • Select 'Network Set-Up' > 'Wireless Settings' > 'Wireless Set-Up Wizard'
      • Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the Wireless Set-UP
  • Try to print a document and check if it works
  • If the issue persists, proceed to the next step

Step 2: Print a Wireless Test Report

This test will check the functionality of the wireless hardware component, connectivity, and other settings

  • From the main menu on the printer, slide the screen from right to left to access the Set-Up menu.
  • Select 'Network Set-Up' > 'Print Reports' > Wireless Test Report
  • Share the report for further diagnostics.

Let me know if this helps.
