I'm trying to set up the HP app on my Android phone for my Smart Tank 6001 printer. I've tried to do Printer Setup but it keeps telling me "My printer's not listed". I've pulled down to update the available printer list like to told me to, but nothing shows up. What am I missing?

If your HP Smart Tank 6001 printer is not showing up in the HP Smart app on your Android phone, here are some steps to troubleshoot.
Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- Ensure your phone and the printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The printer should be in the same wireless network range for it to show up on the list.
Check Printer Status:
- Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to the Wi-Fi network. You can confirm this by looking at the printer's control panel for any Wi-Fi indicators.
Reset Wi-Fi on Printer:
- If the printer is not connecting to the network, try resetting the network settings on your printer. To do this:
- Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the light starts blinking. This puts the printer in Wi-Fi setup mode.
- Open the HP Smart app and try adding the printer again.
Update the HP Smart App:
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the HP Smart app from the Google Play Store.
Reboot Your Devices:
- Restart both your Android phone and the printer to ensure no software or connection glitches are interfering.
