HP DeskJet 4130e All-in-One Printer

Hi All,

    Recently purchased the DeskJet 4100 for a social club. We have a number of suppliers, bands, acts, etc which we originally had invoices sent to our old HPeprint email so all invoices in a central location. However, with the new printer I need to invite people to print which isn’t ideal due to so many random companies. Is there a way of changing the generic HPeprint email provided at install so we can change to to a more memorable one to use. Contact HP support and they couldn’t find a way either??

 

any help would be hugely appreciated !!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

The HP ePrint owner email address is the personal email address you used to set up your HP account. Update the HP account email address to change the owner's address.

  1. Sign in to HP Smart, and then click the Account icon  at the top of the webpage.

  2. Select Settings, and then scroll down to Account information.

  3. Select the Edit icon next to Primary email address.

  4. Change the email address, and then click Save.

  5. Repeat these steps to change the Username, if necessary.
