Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The network printer suddenly stopped printing. It was used by creating proper IP and ports. The printer is connected with one, other computers are not connected. Ping test is successful only from one computer. Still not printing from that computer. We have checked the network wiring and it is healthy. We have done firmware and driver update from all the computers. What could be done?
