Hello,
I just set up my HP Envy Photo 7155 and tried printing photos from the HP app and used the photo paper the printer came with. Unfortunately the photos are coming out awful. They are extremely wet and blurry. Has this happened to anyone else?
Thanks!

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
Before we get into troubleshooting, I would like to ask you a few questions to get a clear picture of what's going on with the Printer.
1. Which phone are you printing from?
Also, make sure the picture is of good resolution. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the App.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!

It looks like you were interacting with @Betty0610, but she is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out.
Power resetting the printer, performing an automated and manual cleaning may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:
1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector
2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door
3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)
4) Clean the the area around the ink nozzles, refer to step 13 from this document.
5) Plug the power cord back into the printer
6) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.
7) On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.
😎 Swipe up on the display, touch Printer Maintenance, and then touch Clean Smear.
9) On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.
10) Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
11) Touch Clean Cartridges, and then touch Continue.
Let me know how it goes!
