After they started using Smart Print, I am unable to print labels from Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc... One small label comes out filling two pages. I have checked my setting, tried turning them into PDFs, sending to a cloud printer, nothing works, well almost nothing, I might get one out of 10 that will print out correctly.

Follow the steps to change the printing preferences-
Change print job settings on your Android smartphone or tablet.

On the HP Smart app home screen, tap a Print or Scan tile.

Select or scan the document or photo you want to print.

On the Preview page, tap the
icon.

Change print settings, such as Layout, Copies, Color Mode, and Paper Size.

Tap More Options to change settings such as quality, border (photos only), and scale, and then tap the Back button
on your mobile device to save the settings and return to the Preview screen.

When you are ready to print, tap the Print icon
.
