Product: Officjet 8715
Operating System: iOS

My HP 8600 had an malfunction touchscreen so I bought a new printer the HP 8715.

I can print from windows 10 latop.

On my iPad it says no air print printers found.

 

I upgraded the firmware of the printer and restarted the iPad alsoo, nothing helps, they are both on the same network.

Hi,

Swipe your finger from teh top to the bottom of the screen and tap the WiFi or Ethernet icon.

Locate teh pritner IP address and open it from any web browser.

open the Settings tab and select Security, from there select Administrator Settings.

Under Network Settings ensure the AirPrint option is enabled and press Apple, then check for any difference.
