It is showing in the list but not getting connected even after long time. Pls help

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Are you using the HP Smart App to connect to the Printer? If yes, please uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App.

 

If the issue persists, perform a network reset on the Printer and then try connecting it using the HP Smart App: 1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings. 2. Touch Restore Network Settings. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
