Hello
I am currently logged on to my HP Instant Ink Account and I have a notification, dated 07/06/2017 (or 06/07 in the US) to Connect Printer to Internet. The Status of the printer on my account shows that it is Online. However, whenever I 'Refresh' the notification it still requests that I Connect Printer to Internet.
I do have another notification dated 11/06/2017 (11/06 in US) that states I have installed a new HP Instant Ink cartfridge, so the printer must have been connected to the nternet or I would have thought so.
My concern is that the Instant Ink service isn't going to pick up when I am running low on ink and thus send a replacement.
Does anyone know why this notification will not disappear?
Many thanks for your help in advance.
Best wishes
SiDai

Hi,
As long as your printer status is online, I would disregard old notifications in relation to such. I fyou are receiving these regularly, it means that your internet connectivity drops from time to time, but as long as you are not down for days at a time, the instant ink service will have enough information based on your printing patterns to ensure that you don't run out.
