Office jet 4652

Greetings, have new 4652 office jet set up for mobile wireless printing. The problem is when setup to print photos on 4x6 glossy pictures coming from the apple iPhone text only print out half of the picture... Dif make sure the necessary preferences were in place and still not printing the full pictureWhat gives??? Any ideas to fix will be appreciated

Hi,

You mentiond "apple iPhone text" in your post - what are you referring to when you say text?

I would try restarting your apple device. Try downloading the HP ePrint app and print a photo from there to see if that helps.

Thanks for the first response....Should have been more clear ... the picture I try printing arrived via texting....only prints about 3/4 of the photo..pictures on the phone located in in the photo gallery or album print properly. Will try to re- install the HP ePrint app. and go from there.. Will post if problem is corrected.....thanks

Did re-install HP ePrint and used the snap-shot method to place a photo from the text messaging into my photo album....(pushing the right top button along with the bottom home button simultaneously will deliver a photo to the album...That will eliminate the issue mentioned above.
Now I am a happy printer, the way it supposed to be.
Very pleased with the photo printing from my 4652..
