We had WiFi issues yesterday and they have been resolved; all devices have re-connected back to WiFi EXCEPT my OfficePro 6835? It will not connect to my WiFi network, though it finds my network name. Ran Wireless Network Test Results which stated MAC Address Filterning may be enabled on my wireless router which is preventing a connection to it. I can confirm this is not the case; again all other devices in the household have reconnected and I never registered their MAC's on the router specificially. I just keep getting the flashing blue light...and nothing else. HELP! Please 🙂

Have you attempted to restore the printer's network defaults?
Or print the network configuration page?
If not, let's start with just that:
To restore network settings to default settings
- Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
- The network will need to be reconfigured afterward. Then the username will be admin and the password is left blank.
If the issue persists, print the network configuration page and then run the wireless setup wizard on the printer to connect to the network.
Also. Try our HP Print and Scan Doctor to solve printer issues, and more on your PC. This tool for Windows will detect, diagnose, and fix problems fast!
The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
