I get error:

The printer could not connect to the server. Check the Internet connection and try again. If you are still unable to connect, contact the person who set up the printer.

Brand new printer. Tried WiFi, Wired with same results. Also, remove and reinstall web services, set manual IP, DNS and then DHCP with same results. I can get it to connect for a short time by rebooting but then it fails. I am an IT architect, this shouldn't be that difficult. Running Ubiquiti equipment and it is connnected to WiFI currently, Airprint also works just fine.

Any resolution to this?

I just ran Web Access Test Results print and I see "This printer is currently configured with a DNS server address which does not allow server name to be confirmed"

I am currently using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I also tried my router IP with same results.

Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately web services is turned on and I see internet access is enabled. If I reboot the printer web services connects after several minutes it can no longer connect.
