Hello,✌️
Please help to remove security from my printer. I can't connect to the wireless, I can't do anything.
The other problem with printing or scanning. Sometimes is printing but not scanning. Sometimes is ok.

@Rytis1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I'd need more info to assist you better:
What do you mean by unlocking? Is the printer locked?
What is the message you get?
Check the connectivity between the printer and the MAC
- Obtain the IP address of the printer by clicking on the Wireless icon on the printer
- On the MAC Go to Spotlight > search for Network utility > select Ping tab > enter the IP address of the printer in the box
- Check the second box that says Send only > 10 pings
- Click on ping > Check the results at the end if any packets are lost
- Note: There should be 0% packet loss, share the results in your next post.
To know how to scan, refer to this document. Use the HP Easy Scan or Apple Image Capture app.
Keep me posted for further assistance.

- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Check the print settings on your MAC, make sure the paper type and paper size are correct. Refer to the Print Settings Guide
If the issue persists, reinstall the printer using the AirPrint driver as shown in step 2 of this document.
Let me know how this goes.
