Does the Officejet Pro 8710 have web services?  I've went all through the control panel on the printer, trying to find the setup option and it's not there.  The printer does have a built in web server, but it says that the administrator has disabled the feature.  I'm the administrator and I'm pretty sure I didn't disable it.  Any help that could be offered would be appreciated.

Hi,

To clarify, you should swipe your finger from top to the bottom of the screen, then the top menu wil be shown with the Web Services icon.

Please follow page 93 of the user guide below to Set Up Web Services for your printer:

Hi,

It is on the right screen. Please use your finger and wipe to the left to get to the right screen.  After that go to step 2

1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Web Services Setup .
3. Touch Accept to accept the Web Services terms of use and enable Web Services.
4. On the screen that appears, touch OK to allow the printer to automatically check for product updates.

Regards.

Hi,

After you connect your printer to wired network or wifi, you can see your printer IP address from front panel, then you can use your laptop and type in this ip address to check your printer status and use web services
