Hi!
I recently found an older printer (possibly from 2013?) in my mom’s garage. I want to put it to good use for my business.
With the printer, there were already ink cartridges inside of it. As well as two new boxes of them. They are the correct cartridges I believe.
They are from 2013. I opened up a box of new ones, since the ones already in there were considerably dry, and there was a little bit of water droplets on the cartridges. Is this normal?
I followed the exact instructions on the HP website, but when I put them in my printer, the app said “Counterfeit ink” or something like that. And my printer started blinking the water droplet signs.
I still have the dried cartridges that barely worked. If I need to somehow use those...
I just want to be able to print pictures!! Please help asap.
