HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer

HP Photosmart 6520 sounds as if it is printing the desired document, but blank paper is expelled. We've installed new HP print cartridges, cleaned the print heads, aligned the printer and turned it off and back on. Never had any issues then all of a sudden, it's not printing. We've tried from my iPhone as well as from our HP laptop...we've received this error message...0xc19a0013.

I understand the error code 0xc19a0013 on your HP Photosmart 6520 typically indicates an issue with the printhead or the printer's internal mechanism. Since you've already tried several troubleshooting steps, 

here are a few additional actions you might take:
 

  • Check Printhead Alignment: Sometimes misalignment can cause printing issues. Even though you've aligned the printhead before, try redoing it to see if it helps.
  • Check Ink Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly and that they are properly seated. Sometimes, removing and reinstalling the cartridges can help.
  • Clean the Printhead: If the printhead cleaning function didn't resolve the issue, you might want to perform a deeper cleaning. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
  • Reset the Printer: Perform a hard reset of the printer. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve printing issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Inspect for Physical Obstructions: Check for any physical obstructions inside the printer that might be causing the issue.
  • Replace the Printhead: If none of the above steps work, the printhead might be faulty. If your printer's printhead is removable, consider replacing it with a new one.
