I have setup wifi connections between my printer and my computer and between printer and android phone. I had problems with connecting until I realised the password I was being asked for was the one used for my router to connect with my supplier!

My problem is that I cannot connect my iPad Pro to the printer. I've downloaded the AiO app and then gone to settings on my iPad, selected wifi and can see my printer in the network options. When I select this it asks for a password, but it does not accept my router password so now I'm stumped ...can anyone help?

The simplest way to print wirelessly from your mobile device is to download the HP eprint or AIO app and ensure that both your printer and device are connected to the same wifi network (your home wifi network)  - once this is complete, you'll be bale to print wirelessly from within the eprint or AIO app.

Alternatively, you can use the wireless direct funtion of your printer by turining on the wireless button on the front of the printer. This allows the printer generate it's own wifi singal that you can connect to through any wireless device. To find the wireless password, simply hold down the wireless direct button for more than 3 secs and it will print the password on plain paper (make sure paper is loaded).

If you connect to the wifi signal denoted by your printer name in your ipad network settinsg, then you are using the wireless direct connection.
