Thank you for answering but i don’t have a problem with the printer anymore i figured out what the password is but my new problem is that my laptop a Microsoft pro 7 won’t fully turn on it turns on and shows the logo then turns off sorry for adding if you could help out I would appreciate it very much thank you have a good day
