Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

I'm having a hell of a time with my photo printing, wasting tons of ink and paper.

The problem is the printer seems to start printing at the very top of the page but halfway through a photo.

I'm finding it impossible to print any photos the way I want, it's often pot luck what will end up decent and on the page.

Has anyone experienced this problem who can help or suggest a fix?

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

 

To better assist-

 

  • What is the size, type, and weight of the paper your printing on?
  • What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
  • Are you abe to print o a regular paper without the alignment issue?

Check the printer specifications to know supported paper size and type
