When I try to print a pic from my phone the only paper size options are regular paper letter size or 5x7 photo paper size. I want a 4x6 photo. How do I change this in the app? TIA

@Stef77, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Updating printer firmware and iOS may resolve the issue. You may use the steps available here to update iOS. Instructions on how to update printer firmware can be found here

Once you update iOS and printer firmware, restart both the devices and check if you can select 4x6 paper size on HP Smart App.

Note: 4x6 paper size will only be available if you choose Print Photos option on HP Smart App.

If the issue persists, follow the steps below-

Let's adjust the paper size using the printer control panel display and then try printing a photo using Apple AirPrint. You may use the steps available in this video to change the paper size using the printer control panel display. Once you change the paper size, use the steps available here to print a photo using Apple AirPrint. If you are able to successfully print a 4x6 photo using Apple AirPrint, then open HP Smart App and check if the 4x6 paper size is listed.

Keep me posted.
