Im using the 4x6 photo paper that came with my printer, the pictures aren't sized correctly when printed. I went to preferences and selected the 4x6 photo paper size and they are still being printed with half the head cut off

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the printing pictures.

Don’t worry, I’m here to help! To better assist you -

1) Are you experiencing the same issue while other paper types too?

2) Are you able to make a copy?

Let's try these steps -

1) Launch the HP Smart app.

2) Print documents.

3) Select the document you want to print and then tap on the printer icon.

4) Tap on the 3 dots located at the top right corner > Settings.

5) Tap on "Paper".

6) Select "Paper Sizes".

You may also refer to this video link for instructions.

If the issue still persists, try re-installing the app and check.

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.
