Photos printing with a border 4by6

My photos keep printing with a border even when I change the setting to fill page and the preview looks like it will fill the page. DeskJet 3700 on my IOS Please help

Unfortunately,

It will never work -- DeskJet printers generally share these characteristics:

• The printers in the DeskJet series do not support Borderless printing.
• The printers in the DeskJet series require a larger margin along the bottom edge - 12.7mm or 1/2 inch

This is a hardware limitation -- there is no software or application "fix" to override the mechanics.
