Open the HP App on your phone or tablet
Make sure your printer is listed and ready

2. Access the return label in the Amazon app

Open the Amazon app
Go to Your Orders
Select the item you’re returning
Tap View Return Label or Download Return Code
Choose Email or Download PDF if prompted

3. Open the label for printing

If the label opens in a browser or PDF viewer:
- Tap the Share icon
- Select Print
- Choose your HP printer from the list
- Adjust print settings (e.g., paper size, number of copies)
- Tap Print

If the label was emailed to you:

Open the email
Tap the PDF attachment
Use the Share > Print option as above

4. Use the HP App if needed

If your mobile device doesn’t show the printer in the native print dialog:
