Supposed to have Print Anywhere option on my HP ENVY 6055e but it’s not there. What’s wrong. Using HP Smart +

I understand you would like to use the print anywhere feature on the printer.

 

Make sure the feature is enabled on the printer. Kindly follow the steps on - Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App

 

For more info, you may also refer to page 53 of the User Guide

It’s just not there in print options with the Smart app.

Try reinstalling the HP Smart app. If the issue persists, I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance.
