Print anywhere option not found

Problem: 1) HP Smart shows I own two printers in one spot but only one in another. 2) HP Smart ap does not give the "Print Anywhere" option. Problems are conflicting data stored in the ap and lack of the option to print anywhere. I'm running the latest IOS: Sonoma 14.0

The printer likely still supports ePrint --

ePrint is an older technology that works similarly to Print Anywhere in the sense that the assigned printer's email address is used to send qualified emails and supported attachments to the printer.
