HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer

I was able to print from anywhere before but can no longer do this. The box also clearly states this feature is on my printer.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app but no success.

When i click on the printer in the HP Smart App, under options the only headings are Print from Other devices, Select a Different Printer or Supported Supplies.

 

I can't understand why this feature worked before and not no. Surely not linked to the warranty and i'm on monthly ink tariff.

Have you done any changes to your software or hardware?

What is the OS you are currently using?

Update the firmware

Hi, Thank you for your reply but this didn't work. I've turned on air print and checked the software is up to date (which it is).

I've also tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. Any other solutions or methods?

 

On the HP Smart app i cannot see a cloud icon next to the printer name  but as stated before, this worked previously but not anymore.

The print with eprint also does not work.

 

I am trying to print from IOS/Iphone 14, all software is up to date too.
