Hi, I used to be able to print remotely through my phone etc, now it doesn't have the option or work, just the email option which also isn't very reliable.

Is there a software update or patch to allow the printing again?

Welcome to the HP Community --

A story of disappointment

A couple of years ago (give or take), I had the Print Anywhere feature on my OfficeJet Pro 9025 (the original non-e version of the printer).  Nice.  The feature disappeared at some point, never to be seen again.

In the case of your printer, the feature is not included in the list of Mobile Printing features supported by that model.

I cannot explain why you had access to Print Anywhere previously.

I cannot explain why your printer every had access to the feature -- it's not on the list of printers that even support the service.  ?

The new version of the  Print Anywhere how-to document seems to indicate the service is intended for "HP+" printers.

Reference > Step 2: Send a remote print job with Print Anywhere

Note:  HP+ is a contract service available on a limited number of new printer models.

I would guess access to the feature is not going to return on your printer.
