Operating System: iOS

When printing, the preview of the document changes to black and white. There is no option to change to colour. 

I have seen that this is not uncommon but have yet to find an answer.

Can anybody help? 

Just to reiterate, there is no option to change colour (otherwise I'd have used it!)
