Hi,

Print apps to print on HP printers on your phone do not have this option. Please try to set it as default on your printer using printer software on your computer. For Windows, please try

  • Double click printer icon on desktop,
  • Click Set Preferences,
  • Tick Draft under Quality settings from Paper/Qulity tab,
  • Cick Apply.

Regards.

My understanding was that upon inital download of the HP Print Service Plugin setting the option to print in draft was available.

Unfortunately, I didn't do the download to get set up...my IT guy did....

I understand the print set up on my computer - I have already done that - and anything I print from computer prints in draft.  I simply want the documents I print from my PHONE to be in draft mode instead of normal....that is using entirely too much ink.

Do you suppose I might need to uninstall plugin then re-install and look for the options at that time?
