@Sammi1231, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer that prints HUGE from your iPhone 13 Pro!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Since you’re using an iPhone 13 Pro with AirPrint on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8610, here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

Check the Print Settings on Your iPhone:

  • When you select "Print" from your iPhone, check the preview screen.
  • Look for an option like "Scale" or "Fit to Page." If it’s set to a larger size, try adjusting it to "100%" or "Fit to Page."

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Outdated firmware can sometimes cause printing issues.
  • You can update the firmware directly from the printer's control panel by going to Setup → Printer Update → Check for Updates.

Restart Everything:

  • Try restarting your printer, iPhone, and Wi-Fi router.
  • Sometimes a quick refresh helps resolve connection or formatting glitches.

Reset the Printer Settings (Optional):

  • If the issue persists, you can reset the printer's settings to default by going to Setup → Printer Maintenance → Restore Defaults.

Give these steps a try, and let me know how it goes! If it’s still acting up, feel free to reply here — I’m happy to help further. 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
