Product: HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer

Print jobs keep getting stuck in que and then eventually cancel out. I print from my android phone. I've been using the same process for a while now. Not sure what's going on exactly! I keep getting emails saying it was canceled due to a processing error. This just started a couple of weeks ago. Please help! Thanks so much! Operating system is Android 13.

Eprint error

The print job was canceled because the print job could not be printed at this time due to an issue with the service. Please try again later.

 

This is the error message I keep getting in my email. And, yes, I keep trying to print something out. Same message every time now. Please help! Thanks!

Which application are you using to print?
