Print smaller than paper

My prints are coming out A5 on A4 paper.  
using iPhone/iPad

If you have not done so,

>>> Make sure the printer is aware of the paper size / type

and...

>>> Try adjusting the Print Size in Transform > Resize & Move

Reminders:

• Printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge (12.7 mm - 1/2 inch)
• Printer does not support Borderless printing
