My HP Officejet 4630 constantly goes offline.   I have no problems printing from my phone or i-pad, only my computer.

Known solutions are here:

Printer is Offline (Windows)

If your network is extra busy due to it being used more heavily recently, the connection might be breaking for a number of reasons for which there is not a clear solution.  For example, if your router cannot keep up with the demand, then one or more devices might lose connection.  Printers are sensitive to connection loss and unlike phones, may not recover automatically.

You might have to try more than one fix to resolve the issue.

In general, making sure the printer has a static IP address and that the connection is not overwhelmed by the network, one of the solutions may help.
