When I first got my printer, everything worked fine. After using it for months, the only issue I had was the printer got jammed somehow and I had to push down every single paper that I was trying to push or else it would cause an error. Besides that, I was extremely pleased with the product. I upgraded my wifi so my SSID / Password changed so I naturally thought it would be very easy to change the wifi settings on my printer - boy I have been wrong. I have followed every single tutorial on the first three pages of google, read every manual offered by HP, talked with multiple virtual agents and still can not get my printer to connect to my new network. I've tried both PC and my mobile phone (preferred/basically only method I've ever used) but my printer can not be found. I reset the printer by holding the wifi/cancel button, tried immediately - waited hours - waited days - nothing has worked. Every time I go to the HP Smart App on my phone all my printer says is not available and when I search nothing comes up. This is extremely disappointing as I just bought new ink cartridges for it and I use my printer to aid with my eBay business. Very disappointed and at this point have given up as every time I bring this up the same exact method that I have been using is offered as a solution.

Hi,
What router do you have? may it a dual-band router?
Be aware that the printer supports 2.4GHz wireless operations only, if your router may only broadcast a 5GHz wireless, the printer will not see such a network.
Please contact your router service provider and make sure that your router broadcasts a 2.4GHz wireless network, with a unique name (SSID) and not identical to the 5GHz network.
Ensure your mobile device or computer is wirelesslty connected to the 2.4GHz network, restore the wireless settings and then follow the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your new network:
