Hi @Admin831,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer appears to be stuck in Offline mode, here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Printer's Status

  • Ensure the Printer is On: Check if the printer's display is active. If not, press the power button to turn it on.
  • Cancel any Pending Print Jobs:
    1. On your computer, open the Devices and Printers or Printers & Scanners settings.
    2. Right-click your printer and choose See what's printing.
    3. Cancel all pending print jobs.

Verify Network Connection

  • Wireless Connection:
    • Make sure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You can check the printer's touchscreen for the network status.
    • If not connected, go to Setup > Network Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard and reconnect to your Wi-Fi.
  • Wired Connection: If using an Ethernet cable, ensure it is securely connected to both the printer and your router.
  • Print a Network Configuration Page to verify network details:
    1. Go to the Setup menu on the printer.
    2. Select Reports > Network Configuration Report.

Restart Devices

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Restart your computer and router.
  3. Reconnect the printer and try printing again.

Set Printer Online

  1. On your computer, open Control Panel > Devices and Printers (or Printers & Scanners).
  2. Right-click your printer and select See what's printing.
  3. Click Printer in the top menu and uncheck Use Printer Offline if it’s selected.

Update Printer Drivers

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer.
  • Install them and restart your computer.

Check Default Printer Settings

  1. Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your printer and select Set as Default Printer.

Re-add the Printer

If the above steps don’t work, try removing and re-adding the printer:

  1. Go to Printers & Scanners in your computer’s settings.
  2. Select your printer and click Remove device.
  3. Click Add a printer or scanner and follow the prompts to re-add it.

Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings

  • Your firewall or antivirus software might block the connection.
  • Temporarily disable it and try printing again. If this works, adjust your firewall settings to allow printer communication.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
