Hi, my printer does not seem to be able to handle print jobs of more than six double pages. It get's part way through the seventh page (first side) then freezes for about a minute, spits the half printed page out and cancels the rest of the print job.
I noticed today that a message comes up on the tablet saying printer blocked, just before the printer cancels the job.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware

Well. It's now even worse. It won't even print a single double sided page.
Also how is a printer that's supposed to be designed for cloud printing not able to recognise Google docs. We try to pint from Google drive and all it says on the smart app is file not supported. They are straight forward simple Google docs.
I'm wishing I'd stuck with my gut instinct and replaced my old Epson with a new Epson.
Oh and when it cancels print jobs my instant ink account seems to count all the pages from the job as being printed. Great way to rip off your instant ink customers.
Seriously frustrated.
